Swedish
The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart. Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it decreases muscle toxins, increases oxygen levels in the blood, and improves flexibility in the body.

Hot Stone
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. Please ask about contraindications prior to booking if you’ve never had hot stone massage.

Additional Information
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service cost. If no credit card is attached to the service, you will be responsible to pay this before you can book another appointment. If you choose not to make another appointment, you will be sent an invoice in the mail. My appointment system sends out a reminder text or email 24-48 hours before your appointment, please take this time to call, email or text and let me know that you cannot make your appointment. I often have a waiting list of people who can fill your spot if given enough time.
Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shorter session or possibly rescheduling your entire appointment.
It’s unfortunate that I even need to say this next part, but I do. I have zero tolerance for any sort of sexual behavior in my business. You will be immediately asked to leave and be charged for your visit. Any sexual behaviors whether I am in the room or not are NOT tolerated!
